A generalist through and through- she enjoys the ‘big picture’ strategy just as much as the mundane ‘must do’ administrative tasks. When she's not planning your HR strategy and getting things checked off your list, she's hanging canal side in upstate NY and busy being the world's best mom to her 2 fave little buddies.

Linds is just a little obsessed with bringing all things magic energy and consciousness to everyday work. After a 15 year career in climbing the HR corporate ladder, she picked up all her toys and found a new home. With years of small business HR consulting, business development, and corporate leadership strategy behind her, she leaned into her intuitive magic and went full blown emo millennial witchy woman. Guided by intuition, ghosts, been-there-done-thats, and heart-led clients that aim to change the world, she’s the HWIC at ConsciousHR.
